On July 4, 2008, the Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma Foundation, Inc. (Justice Palma Foundation) was founded by the family and friends of the late Justice Palma to honor the life and career of one of the most outstanding and admirable Filipino women in the country. A non-profit, non-stock organization, the Foundation keeps the memory and spirit of Justice Palma alive by ensuring her ideals live through the works of others who, like her, have chosen a life of service to their fellow countrymen.
The Foundation keeps her beacon burning brightly by initiating innovative projects intended for the advancement of the rule of law, freedom, justice, democracy, peace, and human rights; and by promoting academic achievement among deserving yet underprivileged youth from poor communities in Metro Manila.
